Our Methodology:
Phase 1: GETTING TO KNOW YOU
Our recruiting consultant begins by discussing the needs of our client, where their company is headed, and what kind of people they need to achieve their goals.
Phase 2: IDENTIFING YOUR NEEDS
Collectively with our client, we identify the positions needing to be filled, create job descriptions and determine the qualities of the ideal candidate that could fill the role.
Phase 3: SEARCH
We use a variety of our search methods and expertise to find the candidate that fits the technical criterion and moreover exemplifies the type of character and drive that will achieve our client’s goals.
Phase 4: INTERVIEWS
We arrange for several potential candidates, pre-screened by our recruiting team, to meet with our client. Typically, our clients have been successful in finding their match among the group of interviews we arrange and are able to hire on the spot. However, if among those candidates we haven’t made the right fit, our client can review their thoughts with us about what they found to be the positives and negatives about each, for us to include in our secondary search.
